here, I drop u with some tips..
it f0r 0ur health n our preparing during exam day.. =')

ten t0p tips study

1. Give yourself enough time to study

Don't leave it until the last minute. While some students do seem to thrive on last-minute 'cramming', it's widely accepted that for most of us, this is not the best way to approach an exam. Set out a timetable for your study. Write down how many exams you have and the days on which you have to sit them. Then organize your study accordingly. You may want to give some exams more study time than others, so find a balance that you feel comfortable with. 

2. Organize your study space

Make sure you have enough space to spread your textbooks and notes out. Have you got enough light? Is your chair comfortable? Are your computer gamesout of sight?
Try and get rid of all distractions, and make sure you feel as comfortable and able to focus as possible. For some people, this may mean almost complete silence; for others, background music helps. Some of us need everything completely tidy and organized in order to concentrate, while others thrive in a more cluttered environment. Think about what works for you, and take the time to get it right.

3Use flow charts and diagrams

Visual aids can be really helpful when revising. At the start of a topic, challenge yourself to write down everything you already know about a topic - and then highlight where the gaps lie. Closer to the exam, condense your revision notes into one-page diagrams. Getting your ideas down in this brief format can then help you to quickly recall everything you need to know during the exam.

4. Practice on old exams

One of the most effective ways to prepare for exams is to practice taking past versions. This helps you get used to the format of the questions, and - if you time yourself - can also be good practice for making sure you spend the right amount of time on each section. 

5. Explain your answers to others

Parents and little brothers and sisters don't have to be annoying around exam time! Use them to your advantage. Explain an answer to a question to them. That will help you to get it clear in your head, and also to highlight any areas where you need more work.


6. Organize study groups with friends

Get together with friends for a study session. You may have questions that they have the answers to and vice versa. As long as you make sure you stay focused on the topic for an agreed amount of time, this can be one of the most effective ways to challenge yourself.

7. Take regular breaks

While you may think it's best to study for as many hours as possible, this can actually be counterproductive. If you were training for a marathon, you wouldn't try and run 24 hours a day! Likewise studies have shown that for long-term retention of knowledge, taking regular breaks really helps.
Everyone's different, so develop a study routine that works for you. If you study better in the morning, start early before taking a break at lunchtime. Or if you're more productive at nighttime, take a larger break earlier on so you're ready to settle down come evening.
Try not to feel guilty about being out enjoying the sunshine instead of hunched over your textbooks. Remember Vitamin D is important for a healthy brain!

8. Snack on 'brain food'

Keep away from junk food! You may feel like you deserve a treat, or that you don't have time to cook, but what you eat can really have an impact on energy levels and focus. Keep your body and brain well-fuelled by choosing nutritious foods that have been proven to aid concentration and memory, such as fish, nuts, seeds, yogurt and blueberries. The same applies on exam day - eat a good meal before the test, based on foods that will provide a slow release of energy throughout. Sugar may seem appealing, but it won't help when your energy levels crash an hour or so later.

9. Plan your exam day

Make sure you get everything ready well in advance of the exam - don't leave it to the day before to suddenly realize you don't know the way, or what you're supposed to bring. Check all the rules and requirements, and plan your route and journey time. If possible, do a test run of the trip; if not, write down clear directions.
Work out how long it will take to get there - then add on some extra time. You really don't want to arrive having had to run halfway or feeling frazzled from losing your way. You could also make plans to travel to the exam with friends or classmates, as long as you know they're likely to be punctual! 

10. Drink plenty of water

As a final tip, remember that being well hydrated is essential for your brain to work at its best. Make sure you keep drinking plenty of water throughout your revision, and also on the exam day.

Tip 1: Start early
Preparation for exams should begin earlier than the day before the test. You can’t cram an entire unit of information into an all-nighter. Get started at least a week before the exam.

Tip 2: Organize
Begin by making yourself a calendar outlining a daily schedule of topics for review. Cover a small amount of material for each class each day. Every time you complete a topic, give yourself a mini review.

Tip 3: Outline
Once you have decided what you need to study and how much time you need to spend studying, it is time to actually study. One of the best ways is to make succinct outlines. As you read over your textbook and class notes, write a brief summary for each topic. Highlight the areas in your outline that were most troublesome. When you have finished with all the material, you will have an outline you can review.

Tip 4: Make flashcards
Similar to outlining, making flashcards is a really helpful technique for studying. By writing down the information from your outline, you are already doing half the studying. Once the flashcards are complete, you will have a portable study packet to look over.

Tip 5: Get help
If you are having trouble memorizing something or a particular concept is just not sinking in, get help before it’s too late. Ask your teacher to go over a glitch you might be having. Or if memorizing 200 vocabulary wordsseems like too much to do, recruit your family members to quiz you with index cards.

Tip 6: Sleep
You need at least seven hours of sleep a night to function. Tests are designed to make you think. If you are sleep-deprived, you won’t be able to remember any of the information you worked so hard to cram into your brain.

Tip 7:Stay calm
Do not panic at the exam! Even if at first glance the test is overwhelming, remember to breathe. If a question seems too hard, answer all the questions you know, then return to the ones you left blank. Remind yourself that you are prepared.

Tip 8: Don’t rush
You have spent at least two weeks studying, so what’s another couple of minutes? Work through the exam slowly and read all the questions before answering them. If you are done before the time is up, look over your answers.

Tip 9: Relax post-exam
Don’t let panic overwhelm you. Even if you think you bombed the exam, worrying will not change your score. It may, however, affect your mindset for your next final. Zone out the last test and stay focused on the next one. Odds are, you didn’t do as badly as you think.

it's hurt me :'(

salam..
penah x rase bile ade kawan 0r member yg sakit @ ditimpa musibah dekat die
or family die.. tpi kite x tau nak ckp ape..
feel sad but can't say anything that can relieve them...
hermmm
sometimes it hurt me a l0t..
like a fool person that can't do anything f0r his friend..
even to comfort her or him...
='(
last day.. my romate's grandpa was sick..
and what... I see her crying infront of me...
I knew that feeling.. like I lost my last Grandma... 
my only nenek that I have n seen her only for 15 years
if not mistaken...
she always sing a Japanese song during war for us.. 
such a nice memory...
but I can't remember that song...
herm..
back to main p0int...
yes.. memang kadang2 kite rse ape nak buat nih...
bile kite tgok org tgah sedih2.. 
mcm mne nak ckp ek?? ape yg bg die tenang??
so... I just say..

marah??

ok.. itu perkara normal bg seorg manusia...
x penah lari dri rse marah.. even sikit pon..
xtau la pulak kalo ade org x penah rse marah...
heeee..
sebenarnyeee...
seorg yg pemarah tu buleh je berubah jdi seorg yg kurg marah..
haha
kne sedikit sabar ler...
bile marah tuh kite kne minum air...
tpi tadi x nyempat minum air...
tu yg dah termarah kat org..

da lme x mrah.. tetibe muncul marah nih..
hadehhh....
tapi.. time kat skolah dulu ade penceramah tuh kate
beta kumpulan air...
apekah???? betul ke idak... herm.. confuse..
memang saye kuat marah... tpi
kalo nmpak sye marah buat xtau je.. sbb kalo tgh marah memang x kn layan org..
maap le kalo beta buat dono je...
bukan ape.. better senyap dri ckp..
bile beta ckp nanti tkot ade terguris hati..

here is how to reduce ur angry...

1. Jauhkan diri daripada situasi menimbulkan kemarahan
Jika anda tahu pasangan anda mempunyai sikap panas baran, elakkan daripada melakukan perkara yang boleh menimbulkan kemarahannya. Cepat memohon maaf jika tersalah dan akui kesilapan. Bagi anda yang panas baran, jika bertembung dengan situasi yang boleh menimbulkan baran anda, segera jauhkan diri anda daripada keadaan tersebut dan carilah masa yang sesuai untuk bertenang.
2. Mendiamkan diri ketika marah
Panas baran bermula dengan tindakan demi tindakan. Cara terbaik untuk mengurangkan sikap panas baran anda adalah dengan mendiamkan diri tanpa mengambil apa-apa tindakan. Apabila anda berjaya menghayati sikap berdiam diri ketika marah, secara tidak langsung anda berusaha menghilangkan sikap panas baran anda sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Belajar menyampaikan kemarahan secara positif dan terhormat.
Jika sebelum ini anda terbiasa memekik atau bertindak garang ketika marah, usahakan untuk meluahkan rasa marah anda secara positif dan terhormat agar anda lebih dihormati. Perlahankan suara, bercakap menggunakan perkataan yang tidak menyakitkan orang lain dan elakkan daripada bertindak secara fizikal.
4. Luah pada masa dan tempat sesuai
Emosi marah yang tidak terkawal juga berpunca daripada perasaan yang dipendam. Ledakannya ibaratgunung berapi pendam yang mungkin meletus bila-bila masa tanpa amaran. Lantas, sentiasa luahkan emosi malah apa jua masalah yang anda alami bertepatan pada masa dan tempatnya. Tindakan ini akan dapat mengurangkan tekanan anda seterusnya mengurangkan sikap panas baran anda.
5. Bawa bertenang
Anda perlu sentiasa belajar mengawal diri dengan bertenang dalam menghadapi apa juga keadaan dan situasi yang menggugat kesabaran anda. Praktikkan untuk menarik nafas dalam-dalam dan lepaskan. Jika anda Muslim, beristighfarlah kerana dengan beristighfar anda akan tahu anda adalah hamba-Nya dan jika Allah mampu mengampunkan hamba-Nya, kenapa tidak anda? Memaafkan orang lain dapat mengelakkan panas baran.
6. Senyum
Nampak macam satu perkara mudah tetapi percayalah, senyuman mampu meredakan tekanan. Praktikkan untuk sentiasa melakarkan senyuman tanpa mengira masa dan keadaan. Senyuman yang sentiasa terukir di bibir menjadi satu penawar kepada kemarahan dan sikap panas baran anda.

7. Berzikir 
Untuk Muslim, saya menyarankan anda untuk sentiasa mengamalkan zikir-zikir bagi mengingati Allah. Ucapkanlah zikir Sayidatina Fatimah iaitu “Subhanallah walhamdulillah walailahaillallah wallahu akbar.” Sentiasa lafazkan zikir ini, insya-Allah akan dapat membantu meringankan tekanan hidup anda sekali gus mengelakkan sikap panas baran anda berleluasa.
Ingatlah! Tiada satu faedah pun daripada sikap panas baran. Yang ada hanyalah keburukan yang memusnahkan perkahwinan, persahabatan, kerjaya dan kesihatan anda.
Cara mengatasi marah dalam Islam ialah:
1. Mengubah Posisi – Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda: “Apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, dan ketika itu ia dalam kedudukan berdiri, maka hendaklah ia duduk. Kerana hal itu akan menghilangkan marahnya. Dan kalau tidak, maka hendaklah ia berbaring.” (Riwayat Muslim)
2. Berwuduk – Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda: “Marah itu datangnya daripada syaitan, dan syaitan itu diciptakan daripada api, sedangkan api itu hanya dipadamkan dengan air. Oleh itu apabila salah seorang di antara kamu marah, maka hendaklah ia berwuduk” (Hadis Riwayat Abi Daud) .
3. Minum air.
4. Mendiamkan diri ketika marah.. banyakkan istighfar di dalam hati.
5. Berlindung kepada Allah daripada syaitan.
6. Meluahkan perasaan dan masalah dalam keadaan masa dan tempat sesuai.
7. Berfikiran positif.
8. Belajar menyampaikan kemarahan secara positif dan terhormat; elakkan daripada memekik atau bertindak garang.
9. Bawa bertenang seperti menarik nafas.
10. Senyum kerana senyuman mampu meredakan tekanan.
Wallahu wa’lam…
Ingatlah! Segala cadangan disebutkan tadi tidak akan berhasil jika anda tidak melakukan satu perkara paling penting iaitu berubah! Hanya jika anda mahukan perubahan, barulah perubahan tersebut akan berlaku.

da besar msuk u ni da lain da mse nak jmpe..
time kte cuti, diorg skolahh...
cepatlah besar adek2 ku.. haha
tapi even da meningkat umur nanti lagi susah nak jmpe..
huk2...
and ni ceritanye..
abg saye pindah rumah dri kg. Nakhoda ke puncak alam...
besar gil0s rumahnyer..
dpt lot tepi mmg best..
c0z.. tanah tepi rumah boleh buat tmpat main badminton n taman...
if i have my own house right now!!

kat malaysia dpur umah die kecik jer..
kalo nak cantek mcm kat korea nun..
kene renovate balik buat sndiri la gamaknye..
makan cost beribu2 jugakkk...
